Who this notice covers
This notice describes the public Frolsket website, the AnkCrm marketing pages, Frolsket Healthcare pages and the Mart storefront demonstration. The external AnkCrm sign-in service and any contracted business application may have additional terms and privacy information.
Information you send to us
Contact, sales-lead and appointment forms collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, app interest, requested appointment details and message. Career forms may include a CV or other attachment you choose to send.
Submissions are emailed to our team for review and follow-up. The email includes the submitted fields and may include the referring page, IP address and browser user agent. Website sales enquiries are not currently written to an AnkCrm lead database automatically.
Healthcare information
Healthcare forms are for administrative enquiries and appointment requests. Do not send medical records, identity documents or sensitive clinical information through these forms. Read the Healthcare privacy information before submitting a request.
Mart cart and order enquiries
The Mart demonstration stores product identifiers and quantities in a server-side session associated with your browser. The session expires after two hours of inactivity and may be lost when the server restarts. An order enquiry emails the selected sample products, illustrative subtotal and contact details to our team. It does not collect payment or confirm an order.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential cookies support form protection, temporary confirmation messages and the Mart cart. A separate preference cookie remembers acknowledgement of our cookie notice. You can remove or block cookies through your browser; doing so may prevent forms or the cart from working as intended.
Optional analytics, tag-manager tracking and advertising scripts are currently disabled. Acknowledging the essential-cookie notice is not consent to personalized advertising.
Google advertising and your choices
If Google AdSense advertising is enabled in the future, Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Any required consent mechanism must be in place before that advertising is enabled.

Third-party resources and links
Website fonts are served from our own site. Embedded Alpine videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; loading or interacting with a video may still involve YouTube processing data. External sign-in, social and video destinations operate under their own policies.
Use, access and retention
We use enquiries to respond to your request, discuss relevant products or services and coordinate follow-up. The website does not automatically subscribe a sales lead or appointment request to a marketing list. Email delivery and hosting providers may process information needed to operate these services.
Enquiry emails may remain in business mailboxes for follow-up and applicable record-keeping. Contact us to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion of information you have submitted. Do not include sensitive documents in an initial privacy request.
